After finding you on you tube, I’ve become an instant fan. I was born in Geneva and raised in Flint on my grandfather’s farm and Mom’s truck stop/diner. What impresses me most is your ability to teach. I have enjoyed both duplicating your recipes, as well as modifying with my taste with ingredients successfully. I believe that is important to instruction-get the student able to modify and expand.I’ve eaten “Speedies” for years-I make mine with lamb, my first protein choice-I loved your chicken recipe and at my age, a little healthier on occasion can’t be bad.Thank you again and enjoy.
